We are extremely confident that you will love the Snuggy. However if you do not find it suitable for you or your needs you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must arrive back with us in its original condition, unopened, bow tied and plastic bag sealed. Due to the nature of the product falling under the underwear and loungewear category we can not accept returns after being worn.
- If your item arrives with us without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inward inspection team for any reason we have the right to deny your refund.
How to return?
If you need to return any products ordered please email our team at email@example.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your order. Photos or any additional information is appreciated to speed up to process.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
Please consider the return postage costs before making your purchase.
After approval from our customer service team we will issue a refund directly back to the payment method used upon order, this process takes 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
